This is a photo that was taken 14 Aug 03 of tiny 11½ year old Ariela's face, with its bruising and swelling after a beating by three, loveless, mindlessly brutal Illinois State Child Protective Services contracted caregivers at Hephzibah -- simply because this child desperately wanted to see family and be with her Mom!

Neither this photo nor any of the other State abuse indicating photos (see home page), the sister's statement or medical reports, like the one below, have been ever openly investigated, redressed, presented to the Judge, allowed or discussed in Court by the GAL,  DCFS or the useless Court Appointed Lawyers.

If Ariella's parents or anyone outside Child Protective Services would have inflicted this beating -- they would be in prison!  But for the Guardian ad Litem, the Social Workers, their DCFS Supervisor(s), the contracted caregivers, all profiting and in control of this child and her sister, this kind of regularly occurring abuse from them is obviously OK!


Only through the valiant personal efforts of Ayalla, these children's loving mother -- not the useless defense Lawyer -- has she obtained this record (and hundreds more like it) which shows the pediatrician's (internal to DCFS) report of physical abuse written three days before the photo above was taken by her sister in those rare visits allowed with her and her father.

How come neither Dr Benson nor any of his staff ever reported this beating to the Police, the Sheriff, The Illinois AG, FBI, or were ever subpoenaed, cross examined or asked to explain this indictive examination in Court?  --  Is it because this is normal and acceptable treatment for State cared-for children? -- yet this would be "substantiated" evidence for anyone else's arrest for felony assault; and it would be judged as an imprisonable crime for anyone else!!!   So is it OK the beat the hell out of little foster kids in Illinois State care???!!!  It appears that it is, if you are agents of DCFS, its profiting JCB child brokerage and public money funded contractors!!!

Don't you find it offensive that the so-called GAL and DCFS are more worried about GAGING the mother and prevent her from exposing this truth, than protecting the children which they took away from her --  for the simple "ADD" and the horrifying fear displayed in these children as they were bullied, molested and man-handled when they were moved (during temporary economic difficulties of the family) from the kindly, peaceful environment of private schools into Chicago's public schools!  

Now look at the bullying, heartless inhuman treatment and man-handling they receive at the hands of Illinois DCFS itself!!!
